This form is intended for filmmakers who wish to have their work considered for screenings, festivals, educational programs, and other official events organized by Pakistan Film Society. Please complete all required fields and provide accurate information to assist our programming team in the review process.

Before submitting, please ensure that you:

• Have the legal authority and necessary rights to submit the film.

• Provide a working private screening link (and password, if applicable).

• Have read and agreed to the Declaration and Submission Agreement.

Submission of a film does not guarantee selection.
