Film Screening Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our screening experience. Once you register and agree to the Terms & Conditions, we send e-tickets in the last 48 hours before the screening.

To ensure a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable event for all guests, please review the following terms:

1. Entry & Timing

We kindly request all guests to arrive on time to preserve the viewing experience for everyone.

Doors will close promptly at the scheduled time mentioned in the form and sent in e-tickets. After that, entry will not be permitted under any circumstances.

2. Spot Reserve Policy

All guests are required to book tickets in advance.

Please note:

Entry is only granted upon confirmed booking.

On-spot entry is not guaranteed.

We recommend securing your spot early to avoid disappointment.

3. Capacity Guidelines

Our screenings are curated, intimate experiences with limited seating.

Once capacity is reached, no additional entries can be accommodated.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Postponements

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be fair and transparent:

In case you are not able to join the screening on the selected weekend, your ticket will remain valid as a credit for any future screening, only valid if you have informed our community manager before the event.

No refunds will be issued for postponed events due to unforeseen external circumstances such as weather conditions, protests, political situations, or security concerns.

In case of postponement, your ticket will remain valid as a credit for any future screening.

A cancellation applies only if the event is fully called off or the scheduled film is not screened.

In such cases, refunds will be processed accordingly.

5. Media Consent

By attending the screening, you consent to photography and videography. Content captured may be used for promotional and social media purposes.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us on WhatsApp when sharing your ticket screenshot (with your picture) or immediately after the event so we can take necessary measures.

6. Consent Policy

Some films may contain scenes that are not suitable for a public community screening.

Where necessary, Pakistan Film Society may skip or omit scenes containing explicit sexual content, nudity, or other material considered inappropriate. This applies to both Pakistani and international films and helps us maintain a comfortable viewing environment for everyone attending our events.

7. Gate Closure Policy

To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience for all attendees, the gates will close at the designated time.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate late arrivals once the gates have been closed. We kindly request that you arrive on time to avoid any inconvenience.

Please Note: We have floor seating with cushions and limited spots available. If you're not comfortable sitting on the floor, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a chair for you, subject to availability.
