Pakistan Film Society brings films, filmmakers and audiences together through cultural exchange, public engagement and cinema development. Join us for an open-air screening at the PNCA Amphitheatre in Islamabad, with PNCA and Khana-e-Farhang.
The event
Pakistan Film Society (PFS) works to revive cinema culture in Pakistan by making meaningful films accessible to wider audiences and creating opportunities for cultural exchange, learning and community engagement.
As part of this effort, we are organising an open-air screening at the PNCA Amphitheatre, Islamabad, in collaboration with PNCA and Khana-e-Farhang, featuring a specially curated selection of award-winning Iranian films.
Through cinema, we aim to bring people together, introduce diverse cultural perspectives and encourage meaningful conversations beyond the screen.
We are seeking support from embassies, corporations and organisations through sponsorship, logistical assistance and resources to make this initiative possible, deliver a quality audience experience and strengthen cinema culture in Pakistan.

Is there a deadline to join?
Support is open until 11 November. The Rs. 45,000 level has 3 places and the Rs. 250,000+ level has one.
Can support be given in kind?
Yes. Catering, printing, equipment, travel, subtitling or films are welcome, valued in writing.
Will our organisation appear alongside competitors or conflicting messages?
At the Rs. 100,000 and Rs. 250,000+ levels we keep one partner per category and agree wording and placement with you in advance.
How are contributions recorded?
You receive a written agreement and an acknowledgement for each contribution. Payment details can be shared with you on request.
